A bit about me...
Growing up in the quiet suburbs of Maryland, I've always loved to spend my free time (and still do!) drawing and sketching anything from portraits to still life, to comics and illustrations. To me, drawing was my escape from reality and sense of pride where I knew I was good at something.
However, becoming older, I also wanted to expand my boundaries and dwell into the much bigger world. That is where architecture comes in. Now a rising third year architecture student at Carnegie Mellon, I've come to learn so many new skills and technology, sometimes it gets hard to keep up. Architecture has opened up much more possibilities for someone who's only ever known the safety of her small little hometown. It has taught me so many valuable lessons and even more importantly, it has sparked the sense of wanting to learn more.
In the future, I hope to also pursue a minor in design or human interaction design, broadening my experiences and techniques in addition to that of my architecture major.
